Shipping
Please check the delivery times here. You can use the tracking number you received after your order was shipped to check where your order is currently. If you see that your order is stuck somewhere, please contact us.

We ship worldwide, with a few exceptions.
We do not ship to the following countries: India, Pakistan, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Mauritius, Cyprus, Malta, Philippines
Payment
We accept American Express, VISA, VISA Electron and MasterCard.
- All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by both the card issuer and us, to maintain security and prevent fraud.
- All transactions will be completed by ADYEN.
PAYPAL
- You’ll be charged once we’ve registered the incoming payment. PayPal payments are usually confirmed within a few minutes.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will not be able to cancel your order after sending out your order.
Customized orders: Once we begin processing, we will not be able to delete custom orders (for example, for keychains with custom text).
For larger orders (wholesale), it is also possible to pay by bank transfer.
We are unable to accept checks at this time.
Returns
Defective products purchased from akta01.com: To inquire about a refund on defective products purchased from our website, please contact us. If the products are deemed defective, they can be refunded at partial or full refund to the credit card on file. If purchased with a gift card, a new gift card will be provided. Please note that minor damage to packaging is not considered defective.
Non-defective products: There is a no refund policy on non-defective products.
Please justify your decision by email a few words before returning. You can return the package to the same address you received it from. You can find the address on the outer packaging of the product. Only packages with a tracking number can be considered. Please email us the tracking number after shipping. Upon receipt of the package, we can refund the price of the product. We cannot refund the cost of shipping.
